Slimming World

Old vs new SW

I joined Slimming World a couple of years ago but didn't commit to it and dropped out after a month, barely any different to when I started. I've tried various things since but am exactly the same weight (3 stones too heavy) as 2 years ago. I'm determined to do it properly this time but as I already have all the gubbins from 2 years ago wondered if I could use the plan from then. I know it's changed but is it worth me spending £60 on the new online plan? What are your views?

I joined SW last January & lost 5 & 1/2 stone in10 months doing extra easy. The new sp plan is bit designed as a permanent plan, but a booster like success express. I'm sticking with EE mostly cos I love carbs too much Smile

Various vouchers kicking around that mean you can join and get first week for £5, even without its £10. That'll get you the new pack, a run through the new plan from the consultant and access to online (until they realise you're not returning).

What Redorblack said- I have lost 4 stone on green days- I have 3lbs to get to target- I tried sp and lost 4lbs in a week, but I would not do it again. I have tried the new EE but I am going to carry on with green days as it has worked pretty well for me.

Thanks all, I'll use the old plan then (pretty sure it was brand spanking new when I joined 2 years ago - do they really need to change them that often?), it's obviously worked for you both, well done! Good idea to join for a week though. ;)
