Donor kebab from memory lol
Onions and mushrooms and peppers in a pan (I added peas too)
Once soft transfer to food processor add 5% fat mince with garlic parsley paprika ground ginger curry poweder and cinnamon.
Mix till smooth then transfer to a loaf tin (I couldn't find mine so it's in a cake tin) press done cover and chill for min of 4 hours - 24 is ideal. One ready cook at 150 for 1 hour then slice up .
I'm serving with SW chips slice salad and gherkins.

I got an actifry and use it everyday. For chips roasts, cooks sw chicken in smash & couscous, sausages. It crisps up jacket potatoes. I'm on my 2nd 1.
