How often do you snack?

I have an office based job sat in front of a PC. I find when I'm at home I rarely snack but when I'm at work I am constantly eating. It's usually fruit or raw veg with houmous. However I just wanted to know whether others are like this. I have breakfast at 6.30am. I have lunch at 1pm, but will prob have had two snacks by then. Is that ok/right/normal??

I'm about the same. Breakfast is 7.30 but at 10.30 want something.
I have crabsticks/ ham rather than fruit and a fruit crisp bread with a tea. I find I feel I've eaten something then.
You must remember its a long time between 6.30 and lunch.

It's fine if you're sticking to plan and choosing veg/fruit as your first options. Obviously if you felt it started affecting your loss then you could change things, but if it doesn't hen carry on. As said, 6.30 to 1 is a long time.

I have breakfast at about 7.30 and lunch at 1 same as you and it's about 10.30 when I feel I need a snack and maybe a little nibble at 12ish to keep me going! (I only started SW yesterday so this is in general, not on the SW plan)

I think as long as it's free stuff it should be ok and if having more 'free' snacks keeps you from getting over-hungry and then wanting bad stuff then that's a good thing really.

I have this problem too. In my work I am sat at a PC for hours and sometimes get a bit bored so I usually eat, I've been trying to stick to SW for a few years but finally decided its time for a change. I find it hard finding things to snack on as I'm not a great fruit eater either.
