I need to lose around 10 pounds. I am crap at losing weight and tend to binge eat whenever I feel stressed (most of the time!).
I see loads of people having success with SW but they all seem to have a lot to lose in the first place. Is it successful for just a small amount of weight loss? I just worry that if I eat lots of 'free food, I will be consuming too many cals.
