Have had third weigh in and lost nothing this week although I lost 10lbs over the past two weeks. I expected at least 1lb. I have about a stone to get to target. I haven't cheated, have had 6 syns a day, had my HEs, made soup with speed veg in it. I'm wondering if to cut portions down, but don't like to go hungry. Any suggestions as my consultant seems useless and just suggested more speed soup.
