I have been trying to lose weight for a while now on my own but I really think I need to join a class as it will motivate me more than just trying to diet on my own. I have heard brill reports about SW - does anyone know if there are any offers for joining up on at the mo? I have read a bit about SW online and it seems a bit complicated but maybe once you get into the swing of it it will become like second nature....here's hoping!!

It's half price to join at the min so to join and first meeting will be 9.95 that's only till end of August though

The group I'm going to is on Wed so will September. Ah well, if I've parted with more cash I may well be more motivated! xx

Our GP surgery is offering anyone wishing to lose weight free membership and free classes for 12weeks after an appointment with a health care assistant at the surgery. Not sure if this is nationwide on NHS or not. My son in law has lost over 4stone in 6 months. My daughter is following the plan but not attending classes and has lost over 3 stone. They are both looking fabulous.
