I think I need help !!

I am dreadful at using up Syns, I must admit.

Still, I went to weigh-in and got my Half Stone Sticker and was Slimmer of the Week (and I only lost 2 lbs). But everyone seems to be having a hard time at the moment. I was thrilled I must admit, and feel re-motivated.

Only been doing it two weeks but yes use your syns! I used around 8 a day (though saving them this week for hen weekend!)

Definitely use your syns - I've been using 10-15 each day. They are there to be used and I have done the trying not to have syns to lose more weight but in reality I lose more when I've eaten chocolate in moderation. Bizarre I know!

It could be you are not eating enough, especially if you haven't been using any syns. Thy are there TO BE used.

I use my milk allowance as my HEa.

I only use recipes from the SW website.

I rarely use syns.

I eat Cranberries and Strawberries and FF Yog every evening.

I haven't eaten bread/butter for 5 weeks!!

I am unable to do exercise except for walking about the house.

I will keep a week's diary and let you know - thank you grin

Are you having your healthy extras? as that can cock up the whole thing.

Are you drinking enough?

post a few days worth of eating so we can double check whats what?

I can fluctuate loads in a day - always weigh at the same time of day. My WI is am so if I have a sneaky step on the scales during the week it is always in the morning. Also, have you measured yourself. That way you can compare that too.

Stick with it, use your syns and stress less. Good luck!

I am in Week 5 of SW. I lost 2 1/2 lbs the first 2 weeks, then nothing.

I weighed myself this morning and I was 12.12. I had a baked potato for lunch........and now I weigh 13.1 !!!

I just don't understand it. I am sticking to the diet rigidly.

Anyone got any ideas? It is weigh-in tomorrow and I am desperate to get my 1/2 stone sticker sad
