I can fluctuate loads in a day - always weigh at the same time of day. My WI is am so if I have a sneaky step on the scales during the week it is always in the morning. Also, have you measured yourself. That way you can compare that too.
Stick with it, use your syns and stress less. Good luck!
Definitely use your syns - I've been using 10-15 each day. They are there to be used and I have done the trying not to have syns to lose more weight but in reality I lose more when I've eaten chocolate in moderation. Bizarre I know!
Still, I went to weigh-in and got my Half Stone Sticker and was Slimmer of the Week (and I only lost 2 lbs). But everyone seems to be having a hard time at the moment. I was thrilled I must admit, and feel re-motivated.
