Hi,

I've been attending slimming world since April and achieved my 1stone award this week. I was doing really well then went on holiday and put on 5lbs. I am breastfeeding my son and he has been diagnosed with the above allergies. This means these have to be excluded from my diet too in all forms. I need help to figure out what to have! Especially snack type things! Anyone any ideas?

I've got a lot of vegan cookbooks with recipes in although not sure how you'd convert to SW syns. What sort of thing do you like?

Don't know about the slimming world angle but my Dd has similar allergies and this is what she eats, once packets are checked,

Cereal with oatly milk
Lean meat, bread, pure spread
Meat, pasta or pots
Fruit and veg

Listing it out it does sound dull from an adult pov!

There was a thread in alergies a little while ago, about treat foods that are ok. We use bourbons and hula hoops.
