Low calories and not losing help

I am just over 10 and half stone and really want to drop the half. I have been leaving on 1200 per day for the last 6 weeks and not losing any weight..why is this??

Any diet suggestions

I am totally with you - feels like I have been on a diet so long - I am 10 4 and stuck fast despite exercise and low calories hmm

you probably are not eating enough, low calories doesn't mean good weight loss. If I don't follow the slimming world plan i don't get a good weight loss, but when i follow it and eat more i loose.

Hello Ladies, thanks for the quick replies, yes I am definitely adding them right, I am using fitnesspall and a fitbit scales and pedometer. A friend suggested slimming world because she thinks I am not eating enough. Thought it was calories in and calories out?

How many meals are you having daily? Maybe snacking on fruit throughout the day will help keep your metabolism running consistently?

I have 3 meals a day - I didn't used to have breakfast but now I do. I think I may up my fruit intake

It's so disheartening sad

It is so hard,some say fruit is sugar so have veg only??

I lost 3 stone on SW last year into this. You need to.eat loads of fruit and veg and snack every couple of hours to.keep metabolism up. If you reduce your intake too low, your metabolism really slows down.
