I am watching with interest! I find that when everything is good then I meal plan, shop properly and cook happily.But like this week, various things are happening that are different and everything SW is falling apart round my ears! I find I just have to suck it up and accept that it will all fall back into place again. And I stop buying 'bad' foods so I can't fridge/cupboard raid
Anyone else find that when they're stressed thy struggle with the plan? Work is vey stressful atm and I haven't had time to doAll my usual home cooking.I need a kick start to get back on plan, any suggestions?
