If anyone is having trouble settling their LO - it is worth it in the end :)

It has taken hours to settle DS tonight, he finally fell asleep at about 20 past 10, but when I see him all peaceful it all seems worth it - no matter how frustrating it's been. I could have done with a reminder of that feeling a few hours ago so thought I would offer one here to anyone still trying to settle theirs

This would have been good for me to see last night. I gave up trying to settle DD1 after 2 hours and passed the job onto DP.

Who then fell asleep with her and they were both snoring within 10 minutes!

She went straight off for me this evening though.
