12 mo with a quilt. Feet to foot??

In yet another attempt to get dd to sleep we're trying a quilt instead of a grow bag.
I've just checked on her and she had her head under the quilt. Should she be at the end of the bed to stop this or will she just right herself?
She's very mobile and is fairly used to being under my quilt but I'm a bit paranoid about her suffocating.

She'll be fine. As soon as they develop the ability to roll over the risk of cot death plummets.

Go be paranoid about something else (I believe there is a chance duvets contain dust mites ).
