okay as the title states my little one is going to sleep fairly well but at some point in the night (around 2am) she awakes and finds herself in my room asking for various things-- telling me her night diaper is wet, "i cant find such a teddy" or "i need a drink of water" or just simply "i'm up!!!" . Some nights it is only once in my room- other times it has been three or four times. Last night it was 2am, 250am, 330am, and 445am!!!!!!!!

My fears are - insomnia (can a toddler suffer from such a thing?) lack of sleep-- for her and ME!!! crankiness the next day due to lack of sleep (her and ME!!!)

anyone else suffer this with there little one??? for the last year (on and off) she has been having crazy ngiths like this difficult to fall asleep and other nights staying asleep!!! BUT now all of a sudden for the last three weeks she has had more frequent nightly wakings HELP-- i'm not used to this anymore!!! I thought the baby wakings were OVER (silly me).

any suggestions or thoughts- greatly appreciated!

perhaps she is just checking you are there? My 2.5year old kpet waking up and coming into my room crying i would gently take him back to his room and remind him its bedtime.if it was past a certain time i did let him come into our bed eventually he grew out of it although hes now 4 and now and then il find him beside me except now he just quietly creeps in. Hope someone else can give you a better answer
