Hello everybody

I am desperate!! i am a working mum and i have a lovely girl, carmela who never slept through the night..ever!

We have tried all sorts of things but nothing works, the best nights we had were three weeks ago when she slept from 11.00 till 5.00 waking up only once. She usually goes to bed at 7 and starts waking up at 9.30 -10.30 and she wakes up crying an average of 4 to 5 times a night i end up taking her to be with us as i cannot handle being woken up so much, but even with us she still wakes up and doesnt seem to be comfortable moving around all the time. Things are getting very difficult as she is now teething and nightime is getting more and more difficult, after more than a year of this i really cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel..

I just would like to know if anyone had or has this kind of trouble at night and how to cope with it...I havent been so tired in my entire life. It is worse than when she was a newborn!!

any advice will be welcome

thanksxx

Hey Malu,
I'm in the same boat. My DD is 11-months and I too am back at work and struggling to cope/see light at the end of the tunnel.
Sorry I have no advice but sometimes it helps to know there's someone else going through the same thing.

hello ali

thanks for your words, it is really difficult when you hve no rest but what i find hardest is not seeing any changes for the better, in the back of my mind im starting to believe that i still have a good few months of this...i really would like to hav another baby soon ( 36 this may!!)but i cannot imagine handling carmela and a new born baby....

the only hope i have is that by the age of 2 she will change!!!

good luck with your little one ali and thanks again x
