Hi.
just wondering how much sleep your little ones have, my little boy goes to bed between 7. and 7.30 wakes between 6.30 and 7,
and has 1.5 hrs to 2 hours directly after lunch,
do you think this is enough???

sounds about normal. my 18 month old has a couple of hours in the day and sleeps from 7.15/7.30pm till between 6.15/6.30am. Is your lo happy enough for most of the day? If so, then that amount of sleep is ok for him.

exactly the same here... and I was wondering if it was too much!

Sounds perfectly normal. You can mess about with it to suit you. If you want him to sleep in make his nap slightly shorter.

babies vary much more than you think in sleep. for some babies that will be enough, for others it will be too little, or even too much. the real question is - does it seem to be enough for him?

sounds normal here too, dd 20 months sleeps 7.30pm until 6am, at least 2 hours roughly 12pm to 2pm after lunch. Would sleep longer at lunch if left, which she is sometimes! Only then she's up at 5.30 the next day lol. Have toyed with shortening lunchtime nap to 1 to 1.5 hours in the hope of getting her to sleep later in the mornings but frankly can't be arsed and dp and i are asleep by 9.30pm most weeknights anyway.
