I know...how lame does that sound?

I have a 10 month old that is teething, an 8 yearold and a 12 year old.

10 month old has never ever slept through.

She will not go to sleep before 8.30 at night, probably cos the other 2 make so much racket. And she is nosey.

We do the bath at about 7.30, bed at 8.15ish, but she can wail for hours.

Even if I get her to bed at about 9ish, she will still wake up every hour and a half. She wakes up at about 7am. Then promptly goes to sleep for an hour and a holf at about 9.30am.

My dh comes home from work late and I fell like I am doing 4 different meal times, im exhausted.

Any suggestions?

Doesn't sound lame at all. I've no particular suggestions, but lots of sympathy. I have an eight month old who wakes up every hour and a half. I'm exhausted with just one child so you must be absolutely wiped out.

I do know people who have had success with the pick up put down technique in the Baby Whisperer, but I don't know much more about it as am usually allergic to books on routine by nannies. DH and I made sure last night (our first attempt) that we didn't talk to DS, picked him up, cuddled him and put him down when nearly asleep. I didn't BF as I knew he couldn't be hungry, but did give him a drink of water. I'm sure you know all this.... I'm planning to go to the library to have a look at the book properly. Perhaps someone will be along shortly who knows more about it than I do.

Write down everything that happens for a week or so beforehand, you may find there is more of a pattern than it feels like, then you can work towards tweaking it/working out why/when variances happen and deal with them.
Sounds like you are having a nightmare, I have no experience that compares with that, but I found observing DS for a bit beforehand was helpful.

Think the first thing I would do is bring your 10month old routine way forward - she sounds like she could be tired. Bath her at 6.39ish bed by 7pm. Then she should be asleep before the other 2 go to bed. It must be hard with 3.
