Do you think she's waking through hunger?

Is she still having plenty of milk as well as her meals?

might she be unwell? I know that my DS got like this when he had an ear infection or acid reflux.

These things don't always show up as illness in the day - it's when they lie down that the ears start to hurt or the acid to pool and start to hurt.

This is the thing....... she has always been a sicky baby and since being on solids she is getting a lot better but when i try her on milk aswell in the day, she is being sicky again. She does have some milk but only about twice, 10am and 2pm and she won't drink much as the solids seem to fill her up enough.

I had this exact problem with my 7 month old DS2. What worked for us was cutting out alot of the milk (down to 10-15oz max), stopping the dream feed and increasing protein at lunch and dinner (chicken, beef, egg yolk, white fish etc all pureed. Then at night when he woke he got water. With 2 nights he was only waking briefly once for a sip of water, which was a vast improvement from screaming every 2-3 hours. I think the milk I was giving him in an effort to fill him up so he would sleep was actually causing pain and/or silent reflux. Hope this helps.
