This may seem OTT and I'm not here to brag.
DD sleeps 13hrs in the night. We get home after school run at 9am and she has 30 mins.
I've done this today and DD is still fast asleep, I've checked on her a million times and she's breathing ok etc but I can't help but feel anxious.
Would you wake her ??!?

Maybe she's coming down with something. How old is she? I would wake her now for lunch anyway.

I would wake her if she's had 3 hours so you can feed her! If breathing fine, I wouldn't worry too much :)

Wouldn't she be eating now anyway, or is she still on milk?
Would she normally have a second afternoon nap?
I think I would get her up now anyway.

My DS would do this when he was having a growth spurt. Or she could be coming down with something, there is a lot going around atm. If you think she seems ok, for now I'd let her sleep. If she's ill, waking her would likely lead to her being grumpy and clingy.

I think waking her for some fluids would be sensible. If she rowses ok, has a drink and is tired again after a nappy change and a quick check over then she may just be coming down with something

She would normally have food now for lunch.
We have been a sickly household for a week or so, colds/sore throats etc.
I've for physiotherapy at half 2 so I'll need to be waking her soon.

My DS has done this a couple of times and worried me sick (rather than enjoying the peace and quiet). As PP have said it was during teething or a growth spurt.

She is going through a leap so could be that ?
I've woke her. She's happy away 😊 Thank you for the advice
