Three year old waking EVERY night up to 7 times!!

Hello,

This is my first post on Mumsnet as I have generally just blagged my way through motherhood this far.. I need help now though!!

My just turned 3 year old daughter for the last 6 weeks or so has started waking up to 7 times a night.. she's never been the best sleeper (comparing to my 6 and a half year old), she would wake up maybe once a night if she lost her dummy - but this is now getting out of hand.. I'm shattered!!

When she wakes up, its mostly either because she wants a drink, to go to the toilet or for her dummy, she doesn't wake crying or screaming, but from the first time she wakes, she spends the next few hours having me out of bed every 20 mins or so.. Last night, she needed a drink, wanted a wee (twice but didn't actually wee), she wet the bed (after going to the toilet twice), wanted to wear her dressing gown, wanted some PJ bottoms on etc etc..

She has also started wetting the bed again up to twice a night (I carry her to the toilet before I go to bed).. she has been potty train since she was 2, and through the night for about the last 6 months... I'm pulling my hair out now as the broken sleep is killing me off.. HELP!!
