My baby girl (10 months) has been a great sleeper, and to be fair she still is for the most part.

She is suddenly waking at 6am.

Her routine is this on normal day

Awake at 7am has bottle (8oz between 7 and 10).
Breakfast at 8
Lunch at 11.30 and a drink
12 till 2 sleep.
2 bottle (8oz between 2 and 3.30)
5 she has dinner
6 she has bottle
7 pm bed

Now she is suddenly waking at 6. She does not seem thirsty (refuses bottle) or hungry.

Any ideas??

No suggestions sorry but I'd be ecstatic with that routine and time! 6am is often a lie in for us.. .

I know she is really good. I just wondering why she is suddenly waking at 6.

I cut her 10pm dream feed out about four weeks ago so I don't think it could be that. She was only taking an oz or two and crying cause I was semi waking her.

7-6 is a normal amount of overnight sleep at that age isn't it?

Jealous you're down to one nap already! You could embrace the clock change at the end of the month and shift bedtime to 8 in the hope she gets up at 7

Believe me I know I'm lucky. It's just always been a struggle to wake her at 7. I have always had to wake her up so it strange that suddenly she is awake at 6.

We have one nap but if we have had a busy afternoon she will do a 15min cat nap. But only done that couple of times
