If you are in the UK, Ireland, EU - clocks go back by an hour in a week. If you want to make the process as gradual as possible, you can start tonight by gradually moving bedtime, naps etc ahead by 15 minutes.

Came on to ask this very question. Thanks. Looking at a 4am wake up next week as my boy wakes at 5ish normally.

I was planning on just carrying on as normal, thinking we'd have early starts for a few days and then DS would just get used to it!
