Support ending co-sleeping

I have a 2.9yo DD and a 6.5mo DS who I currently co-sleep with. I sleep in a double bed with them (in DDs room) while my DH has our old room. We started because DD has always been a terrible sleeper and when she was around 18mo this seemed the only way we could all sleep. There are lots of things I love about co-sleeping (esp with my snuggly, milky smelling DS) but it feels like time for co-sleeping to end. I have recently made the decision not to return to work and I am worried about resenting 24hr parenting duty and I also miss my DH! DS is breast fed (and I don't necessarily want to night wean). DD sleeps talks and has frequent nightmares. She doesn't feed in the night any more though. I don't mind some night wakings - I just also want some sleep on my own in a grown up bed. How do I (gently) make the change?
