12 - Lunchtime Nap (9mths Old)

WTF!?!

Usually did at least 1.5hrs ... Now only seems to do 1! Arghhh any tips on how to extend the lunchtime nap?

He does still have morning nap 9-10am

Goes through the night fine. Or am I being greedy expecting 2hr lunchtime nap??

Could you push his an nap back to 9.30 then ten, and do the same with his afternoon one (so two one hour naps later in the day)? Evebtually the morning nap will merge with the pm one and be longer again.

cut the morning one to 30/45 mins. or move the lunchtime one a bit later. but mine goes through phases of one hour then back to two again, so it might not be forever

but if he's OK as he is I wouldn't worry, or is he knackered by bedtime?

Yes knackered by bed time & he goes to bed at 6:30pm!!
