Getting our bed back from our 12 mth old

Help required. 2nd son always been a regular waker due to shatteredness we made our lives easier by putting him in with us when he wakes at 2am. We now want our bed back, I know this may involve some controlled crying. Any other experiences would be valued. He starts the night controlled crying usually in his cot in his own room. We do not want to keep having our little star fish with us, we sleep cautiously and wonder how come someone so small takes up so much room. Help!

Hi habbymum
If you've done the controlled crying thing how does it work as desperate to try it on our little Hatster? Our 1st born bed-shared for six and a half years so break the habbit as soon as especially if controlled crying works for him at beginning of night. Good luck!

I know you have prob tried his but a friend of mine slept with her babys bedding and grobag before moving him over and managed it without have to use CC.

No idea if that would help you

Will give that a try. Altho we do c.crying to settle it still takes time for him to go off. Part of me feels dread about that amount of crying in the middle of the night. I will set aside a weekend and get tough. Think bedding idea would help

bawling babies

don't know how you feed your baby but this article has a system for those who dread control crying in the dead of night.
