What time does your toddler (around 22 months) wake up, nap and go to bed?

Just interested to know as my dd's sleep has gone a bit haywire.

Thanks you. I just feel my dd is not getting enough sleep. She is 22 mo and has suddenly starting waking early, like 5.00 or 5.30 rather than 6.30/7. But she is still tired and rubbing her eyes by 9am or earlier. She goes to bed at 7 or just before and i'm not sure what to do to get her to sleep more and be more rested. She naps for between 1 hr and 1.5 hrs in the day.

this happened with my dd, and we brought her bedtime (actual lights off time) forward from 7 ish to 6.30 and now she sleeps longer in the morning. figure that one out! you could try it maybe? this was in conjuction with an hours nap at around 12.30 or 1.

DS goes to bed just after 7 and has a nap in the day of an hour or so. If left to his own devices he will sleep through and not wake till 10am. Don't ask me how!
