Naked play from 6 to 6.30. Bath then feed with a story at 6.45ish, and cot at 7. Goes to sleep well on her own, but feeds at least twice in the night. She always had a feed at 5 and than I let her sleep in my bed until she wakes up (6 to 6.30 wake up) as she won't go back to sleep on the cot at 5am.

DD has nappy free play around quarter past 6, bath at half six, feed and bed after that. She wakes once around two-ish and generally goes back to sleep until anywhere between 6am and 7am.

My baby has had the same routine since he was 3 months. Put in sleepsack bottle cuddled in the chair in his room and put into his cot to drop off cuddling his bunny which he is inseparable from. He then wakes at 7am. He has a morning nap between 9:30 and 11:00 and an afternoon one 1:30-3:00. We do baths every couple of days but in the morning as he gets far too excited and then when he gets dressed has a meltdown which isn't particularly relaxing before bed.

My 5 month old has a bath at 4:30pm, then we come downstairs to play for a bit, back up at 5:45 for milk, story and cuddles. In her cot by 6:15-6:30. We wake her at 10pm for a dream feed and she sleeps until around 7am.

Mine starts a bed time routie at 6pm. Top and tail wash, quiet play on mat and some 'no nappy' wriggling. Then into PJs, half bottle down stairs in living room, then upstairs to Finnish bottle in dim bedroom in sleepsac then to bed by six thirty. I wake her at 10pm for additional bottle and she then sleeps until 7am. Good luck

My 5 mo has a routine, bath, book, bed but it depends how well he slept during his afternoon nap tbh! It's normally between 6.30 and 7.30 . . But he wakes 2 -3 hours later and also the early times I get him to bed he always wakes up earlier. Hth

Looking at changing routine and would be interested to hear. Does it affect wake up time?
