dd3 cant get herself off to sleep.

she is relying on me, well my boob to get off to sleep. what do i do? she is 8months old.

((hugs)) I can see this coming with my ds2 who is now 10 weeks old. We have just got a slumber bear ine the hope it might help. (off ebay) Have you tried the usual run of light shows etc etc...ds 1 loved his.

Anyway will watch this thread as it might come in handy!

both my dd's got round this (well, i did) by giving them milk-stained t shirts

you may well think this is mingin', but it worked

they cosied up to it in the cot

and i also got them used to a comfort blanket, made sure it was beside them at all times, and now the world would end if these blankets ever went missing (god forbid) and dd1 is 3 now, dd2 is 1

i'll give her my milk stained pj top from the night before. or should i squeeze a few drops out on one of little blankets?

well tonight she ownt even feed, i am now rocking her in her pram as she screamed in her cot.

usually she falls asleep on the boob, but she has just cut her 2 top teeth and weare both having problems adjusting. keep considering moving to bottles but part of me thinks now isnt the time.
