sudden night waking nearly 3yrs

Hi, desperately need help. Started potting training 3weeks ago and ds is mainly dry with some accidents with no 2s. But i think this has affected his sleep. He use to sleep through since about 6months (gina ford method) now waking several times a night saying he is scared or needs his covers on him etc. I have tried night light and protective super dog who blows away monsters etc. Hel we both work full time and hubby very long hours and we need sleep!

My dS is almost 5 and does wake up sometimes, usually he says he had bad dreams. Thankfully he settles down very quickly & goes back to sleep.

You seem to have tried the things I'd suggest - maybe securing covers so that can't fall off as easily if thats a problem.

Maybe someone else has an idea
