HOW did her body ping into that shape after having a baby? Just HOW?
Too preoccupied with my jealousy to think about the baby/bottle/dog scenario.

I think I have pics of DS on our sofa like that as a baby, but with a cat not a dog. [shrugs] He's survived the ordeal ok.
at a nine month old baby already opening her xmas presents

Really, the baby does not look that neglected.
Abby on the other hand needs to have a word with her stylist as that bikini is a couple of sizes too small. I have never really understood that look.

The baby is holding the bottle, it's hardly propped up.
Maybe you expect her to do a photo shoot (i.e. HER JOB) without putting the baby down?

The baby looks like it is holding the bottle to me? Looks sweet to be honest.

Did not look any further than her amazingly toned stomach <<jealous>>
you'd hate the photos of my babies asleep with the cats
In fact there are pics of ds2 at 2 months with 4 or 5 kittens piled in his bouncer with him
<<<has too many cats>>>
one of the photos is probably still on my profile, I think I uploaded it for Pinot's kitten thread.

Op... Why on earth do you feel the need to post this? 'hardly shows her as a doting, caring mother' you say?!? WTF?!

Sorry, too busy staring at AC's A-mazing stomach to think twice about the baby. Who to be honest is 9mths old and probably perfectly capable of holding the bottle.

I actually think it's a cute picture. In fact probably have similar of dd but with a cat not a dog though.

She's not "propped up". She's snuggled up on the sofa in a blanket, with a beanbag or pouffe or something next to her in case she rolls in her sleep. In the middle of a room full of people, so it's not as though anything terrible is likely to happen. And the dog has come and curled up next to her which is rather sweet.
OK, yes, I suppose falling asleep with a bottle isn't ideal for tooth development but it's hardly worth an Internet rant. And if she doesn't have teeth yet then even that's unlikely to be an issue.

OP... what is your motivation for posting about this?
OP, why don't you post this on the feeding section? You're likely to get enraged/judgey responses about the bottle at least

Or the Doghouse?
Just kidding, I think most sane MNers would agree that is an adorable pic.
dont really think anyone except you is outraged
sod the dog / botte / enragedness of the baby..... how the hell does she have that figure??
Is that what happens when you give birth? You get a stomach like that <hopeful yet clearly in denial>
Why would she post a pic like that? For money publicity, of course.
(P.S. who the hell is Abby Clancy anyway?)

Because as all celebrities know its better to be talked about than not to be talked about, coincidence isnt it? pout trout last week and now baby propped up with dog picture. The wag has obviously got a fitness dvd, autobiography, fashion chain, contract with big brother,is the new face of L'oreal etc etc, coming out some time soon
