Can anyone find me this in a different colour. Style is good for ds' head but can't see the colour lasting well !

Done a quick Google hunt and found:

here in chocolate brown/black

and here in camoflage/choc/black (scroll down to bottom of page)

(sorry if you have already discarded these)

tk maxx have cebe ones in silver black and blue in at the mo and they are £30

Will check TK maxx next time but the Cebe one we tried at weekend wasn't a good fit. They have to sit well forward over the forehead but not be loose if you shake the head. The Smith one is also very adjustable so could last longer.
