Plan Peisey

A few years ago I went to Montchavin and was very excited about the new super cable car that was being built linking the valley over to Les Arcs - we could see it being built.

Ever since then I've been dying to go back, so we're off to Plan Peisey with Esprit in a few weeks. Just been on the net to look at the piste map and the flipping cable car "will not be operating this winter due to technical reasons". Argggggggghhhh - I've been dreaming of this for 5 years. Gutted.

Oh no! There's really not much you can do I should think - short of going again another year. When we went to Montchavin ages ago - the locals were just talking about the possibility of a link to Les Arcs and I have to say I've always had a slight hankering to go back too.
