Ooh. Thank you Smile
I was only wondering today when it was coming - need to kit out 2 teens for skiing this year and knew it would be happening at some point in next few weeks. Thanks for sharing.

Does anyone know if I've missed the merino thermals in Lidl? Bought some last year and was very happy with them. I've been popping in but haven't seen any? Also, if Aldi do merino thermals, are they any good?

And thank you for the heads up!

Aldi do indeed to 100% merino thermals and they are excellent. They do the thin ones and mid layers too. I'd just found an icebreaker one for £30 and was really happy, the one I bought from Aldi was £15 and no different.

Excellent. My 25 year old thermals are starting to look a bit shabby, so I shall treat myself.

Saw the ad in store last night and just came on here to ask if anyone has any idea how good they are as DS is off on his first ski trip with school next year so need to kit him out.

My kids wear some of the gear and it's good. Don't be fooled by the price, Aldi is pretty respectable in terms of quality.

We're not going til Easter, 3 dc will need kitting out. Buy Aldi gear now, or wait til March and buy elsewhere when stuff starts getting discounted? Help, I can't decide!

Lidl are doing winter sportswear from today too. So, if you are lucky like us, and have a Lidl and Aldi a stones throw apart, it's worth visiting both!
