Hi MNHQ
Is there a problem with the mobile app at the moment that you're aware of? My active conversations is playing up. It shows the same few threads by posters at the top instead of the usual MN threads that are there. I have deleted and reloaded the app but its just the same. Thank you!!

Not the app but the mobile site keep throwing me off. Just flicks off internet. Most annoying and interruptiony.

Yes and my app keeps showing me active threads from days ago. And there is a opening sentence stuck to the top of my screen

Mine is showing active convo's from a few days ago too. It also had a box that came up saying it was 'temporaly unavailable' *shudder.

Yes! The active threads at the top of mine are from ages ago too! I'm glad it's not just me. I thought my phone was starting to play up

Fucking pack it in. The kids are on the laptop and facebook is quiet. Don't tell me I need to go on the daily hate mail site? <gets razor>

Yes, me too, this has happened for the last few weeks. Tried turning phone off; redowloading; logging in and out.....it corrupts again very quickly.

I have the thread title stuck at the top of my screen and then I can't post or flip threads. Driving me totally mad.

Same here with the active threads and randomly logging out...

Also am having problems going between pages of a thread: app doesn't always seem to recognise the end of a thread? As in I click on the 'next' button, it says 'loading discussions' but doesn't load anything. If I flip the thread I have already seen the last post, so there was nothing to load, if that makes any sense!

The thread title that gets stuck is just whatever thread I was looking at, stuck on the same amount of messages, sometimes for days. I can't shift it or post while it it up there.

Mines the same, active conversations are old and no mn stuff and same re thread title, only way it goes away is if I turn the phone off, did the web chat happen with sandi toksvig?? Was that today?

It's doing my fucking head in now. Active is Not. Working.

Rep, me too, and halfway through writing a post it occasionally freezes and the cancel/send bar at the top disappears.

Also the first thread I look at, the title stays at the top no matter what other thread i look at.

The top of my active threads is trousers with a side zip too!!! Maybe if I buy a pair it'll change

What's worse is that the op never came back to tell us whether she got her side zip trousers in the end.

I was just about to start a thread about this. I've got exactly the same problem.

I haven't installed iOS6 either. Still on iOS5 due to shiteness of Apple Maps.

I've had the side zip trousers for days too, and a few other, not MNHQ type threads, just random ones which never change.

Yep, same here, side zip trousers, "this probably isn't a MNers list" and "AIBU to have blocked this person" constantly at the top of the Active threads.

Definitely not stickies.

It's like the Active board has stopped updating and is stuck on threads from days ago.

Does anyone else lose their + button (the one to add a new message or flip the thread) every so often? I find that if I've been on the app for a wee while looking at different threads, the MN app has a hissy fit and the button disappears. Only way to get it back is to restart my phone.

Yes you may very well laugh, Olivia! But the suspense is driving me crazy! Did she buy the trousers? Did she really mean that she was going to pay £300 (!) for them? Why is a side zip so important? These are questions that need answering

Me too, but I just though the trouser issue was vitally important! Also getting a thread title stuck and all the other problems.

Oh I hadn't even realised that the trousers and a couple of other threads were part of the problem. They ARE always at the top of active threads for me too.

The most annoying bit for me is when a thread title gets stuck at the top of a page and you can't post or flip threads. If you left message 567 on a thread, it's a long scrolling process to find your comment (and not be able to respond again). And that is if you don't get the "loading discussions" sign instead of page turning while you are forwarding through the posts.

They ARE gone...pesky trousers. Hopefully that's the last we'll see of them....till the next time someone has a hot trouser-related issue....

Um, now my mobile app won't show anything at the top of the page (+ sign to add new post, for example) or flip results. I can't reply to posts on the mobile app as a result, although I can scroll forwards through the posts ok.

Is this a temporary fix thing or something else gone wrong?

Had all the problems mentioned on here and now it won't even let me sign in

More app issues!

It keeps retaining the topic area and subject from an area I was previously browsing.

It prevents me from reading a full subject title and from posting.

Can you so anything? Pretty please?
