MN Towers, pleeeeease will you stop having adverts on the site that flash?

ie ones that change so fast it is almost like flashing?
The Clarks one is currently causing problems for me.
I have migraines and they are sparked off by flashing, and ads on a computer screen can do it to me as well.
I don't mind the ads being there at all, but would it be possible to slow them down?
