It's moved on to this week's issue, so there is no link. It is in relation to this this thread. The writers there can't have a lot to do considering there are only 14 posts on it!

I wouldn't be so hasty with taking the piss - there was a thread on here a couple of months back saying that they read Take a Break in the dentists or something, and they were really surprised at how progressive the mag was (so not just puzzles then).

Actually, of all the misery porn mags TaB is the one with a conscience - they've done domestic violence and anti-social behaviour campaigns which I think have made a difference. They have a massive readership.

They quote various posters on the thread and then go on to say:-

"As mumsnetters have noticed, Take a Break haas never been afraid to to tackle the thorniest of issues.

We like to write about the things that matter to our readers, which means everything that touches our lives - families, love, sex, work, having babies, raising kids, being part of a community, looking out for one another.

It also includes making mistakes and falling for love rates = because no one's perfect and that's what makes us human.

The mumsnetters mentioned some of the campaigns we've launched."

Then it goes on about their Chums4mums campaign
