I thought it was meant to be some sort of clown or red nose type thingy.

Surely a face with nothing more to say would have x for a mouth?

It also annoys me as it reminds me of newspapers summing up our thing with Gordon Brown as 'what is your favourite bloody biscuit'

I have it on good authority from my Grandson (aged 17 months) that it is a duck!!

He's sat on my knee, helping me Mumsnet and screaming 'wak wak' and pointing at it!!

Seeing as he has a Daffy Duck tshirt on it that says 'IM THE BOSS!' I am not arguing with him!
