I cant subscribe to special needs topics

I have tried a few times over the last few weeks and it always says 'Feed currently unavailable. Please try another time' if I follow the link to 'subscribe to this topic'
Is this a site thing or something on my end??

You need to select it in 'customise' because it is opt-in.
