How do I make it so all the threads I click on are 'flipped'?

It's driving me nuts! Ive got a new computer and everytime I click on a thread it appears 'updside down' with the most recent post at the top so I start reading it thinking "this makes no sense" then I realise I haven't clicked flip thread.

Is there a way to set it to be constantly flipped?!

Customise at the top. I think the option to change it is in there
