Hello.
It seems a fair few of you are no longer getting our weekly Parenting News emails and/or Talk Roundups (assuming you opted to be sent them in the first place).
We suspect there may be some gremlins in the MNHQ email-sending-out machine - which we working hard to fix - but, if you've noticed an outrageous absence of MN fun in your inbox lately, it's definitely worth:
- Checking your Spam folder. Even if MN stuff's never ended up in there before.
- Checking your preferences in My Mumsnet. Click on Email options - and check you've selected to receive what you want to receive.
Then click on Your details - have you got a message in red, saying previous attempts to email you have failed? If you have, try just clicking Save Changes (it can't hurt!)
- See if you can tweak your Spam settings. If you use Aol, Hotmail or Yahoo, we have some suggestions for you here
- Sign up for a Google Gmail account - it's free and they have a good track record of accepting Mumsnet's emails.
- Emailing us at [email protected] and having a good moan. We may not be able to wave a magic newsletter wand but we'll try.
Oh, and there's no Parenting News this Thursday but there is a Talk Roundup this Friday.
