That's it really. So much advice here. And real reviews of child-friendly holidays/resorts etc. I'd buy it!

Hi, claraqupid and Feeling Lucky. We'd love to do one of those - but we have to deliver the other three planned Mumsnet guides before we can take over the world suggest any more!

In the meantime, you might want to take a look in our Reviews section (click the Reviews link, 4th along in the light blue line right at the top). There are lots of travel reviews written by MNers in here.

Thanks, I will do and when I get time (that'll be about 2020 then when my children leave home.....) I'll sit down properly and read as many threads as possible.

And actually, Reviews aren't long threads; they're just short reviews (like Trip Adviser, only with MN honesty/panache), so they're quite short to read.

Definitely worth a whirl before 2020!

we need a teens book.. with such delightful matras as cut the plugs off everything and pick your battles!!

a teen book I would buy.. ( gone past the LO stage )
