The image is right but when you click it says:

The current moon phase is "waxing gibbous". The moon reached first quarter at 11:56 on Sunday 4 January. Full moon is Monday 26 January at 07:55.

'tis blatantly not true. Next full moon is on Sunday at 03:28.

It's taken from a NASA prediction, so presumeably you need to allow some time difference (although more than 24 hours does seem a long way out).
