Mumsnet local: can't see my thread

Started a thread in my mumsnet local (Hull) but couldn't see it in active convos.

So... logically I presumed that I had 'hidden' mumsnet local.

I had a look at 'hide & show threads and topics' and not only is it not hidden, but it isn't in the 'show' column either.

I am signed in, and I can see it if I go to 'topic list' but I can't see it in active convos.

Now, what worries me, is if I can't see it, then nobody else can see it either, and nobody will give me advice on the house we viewed yesterday!

Please help O fabulous techy types

pleased to know it wasn't just me!

that would explain why no one replied to my meet up thread!

Ah yes, I christened the Mumsnet Local: Sydney topic yesterday and it immediately vanished into the bowels of mumsnet somewhere.

NOT quite the way to advertise my funky new mumsnet local: Australia edition.

I did wonder whether this thread had disappeared into the ethernet as well... as nobody from MNHQ answered.

(but someone replied on my local thread, so it is obviously visible to someone )

i think the local threads only come up using search or if you go into the topic itself.
