or, what about a section where we put in products recommended in newspaper/magazine - you know, section at the back of Guardian magazine where a handful of products are compared, or recommended products from Goodhousekeeping.

Sorry it's taken us soooooo long to get back to you - we don't have meetings very often and you' d just missed on with this request.

Anyway, the good news is we do rather agree with you. The bad news is we're not sure how quickly we'll be able to do something about it - but it is now officially "on the list"
