How do you access the public profile pages if you want to read about another MNetter?

I can't find the link to public profile pages. If there is one. I wanted to set one up for myself but thought I'd have a nose at other people's first.

Click on the luggage tag over on the right on the blue bar above each person's post --->

if ppl have one there is a clipboard icon on the blue bar that has their name on. Its on the right inbetween the exclamation and the envelope....i don'thave one!
