i cant get to my inbox

i have a pm but when i click on inbox it just sends me straight back to homepage. Any ideas?

I haven't received emails I can see that there is a message but it won't let me view my inbox it just sends me to my home screen

Thanks Fru - - message received.

Apparently I'd been sent an unpleasant "spam" message by a new poster who'd registered just to cause trouble. MN deleted it and investigated. Hence the problem.

All ok now

It won't even let me get to that area to check and if I click to send you a pm it takes me back to the homepage as well. Its as if I don't have an inbox at all.

Disclaimer- I am truly truly awful at technology

In that case I would do what Olivia suggested and send MNHQ an email to

contactus@mumsnet.com

Probably nothing to do with you being awful at technology - probably a glitch?

I can't forward them an email because I haven't received any. The last pm email I got was in may but I know I have a new one as someone said they sent one and I have the red icon over the picture of the envelope but when I click on it I just go to homepage. I can't access old pm's either even though I know I had quite a few on there. Thanks for all your help though fru
