Have I missed something? Why is the layout massive on my phone?

Always on here on my mobile, this morning fine. This afternoon have come on at it looks like from desktop? It's massive and have to keep moving around to read stuff rather than being the right size for the phone screen if that makes sense? Have I messed it up? Any idea how to change back?!
