I thought the new reporting system was supposed to speed up responses?

So how is it that a thread absolutely full of vitriol has as yet had no comment by MN HQ? I reported it at 8:00 this morning, and I can't believe that MN won't have had numerous reports about it. And yet it continues with not so much as a peep from HQ.

We are going through reports as per and we will get to this one.
We do aim to get to all reports as quickly as possible and some days are busier than others so it may take some time.
