Auto refresh active threads on iPhone app

This seems to have been added in the latest update to the app. It's really annoying! If I see two threads I'd like to read I have to choose between them, because when I finish the first the list of threads will refresh and the other will be gone!

I am perfectly capable of refreshing the screen myself when I want to see an updated page
