Genuine error = fine. . We turn a blind eye to that sort of thing; it's just when someone's being deliberately misleading that we step in.

I name change all the time so I often end up posting on a thread under different names. Even though I do I wouldn't mind if MNHQ put something in place to stop it. I can't see why there is a need to be able to do it. unless you are to lazy to change back like me

Yes, it's when someone name changes or has another account which they use to agree (Or sometimes argue with themselves)
